Weak action film. The story is too simple, even for this kind of genre film. The execution is not that great. For an action film, the build-up is too long and too boring. The first half hour is pure filler to reach the 90 minutes. Only then does the film gain some momentum. But even in that part, the limited plot is filled with unnecessary flashbacks that add nothing. The action is bland without any tension. The cardboard characters do not contribute to the level of this production either. Visually reasonable. 1.5/2.0

I wonder why they released this movie. It brings absolutely nothing. Stallone plays in it but has no added value in this movie. Could just as well have been any other random actor. After the movie I got the "Was this all?" feeling. It doesn't get exciting anywhere. I thought it was a worthless movie.

Alcoholic ex-cop James [Jason Patric], six months sober, and his soon-to-be-father son Casey [Josh Wiggins] work together as cash-in-transit drivers. When their boss Frank [Joel Cohen] pressures them into taking an extra package, things go wrong. A group of mercenaries led by 'Rook' [Sylvester Stallone] crash their truck into a closed bridge, where James and Casey hide in the cargo hold. The two main characters are reasonably well-written, and the idea of telling the story of a cash-in-transit robbery from the drivers' perspective is somewhat original, but from the moment Stallone appears, any semblance of realism is gone. Stallone also doesn't have to exert himself excessively, either physically or in terms of acting, to be able to fatten his bank account a little.
