"Revenge has its own set of rules"
A cop is recruited by his former employer to kill Afghan drug dealer Kamaal. His old boss fears that Kamaal will attempt to sell information as heroin profits are split between the powerful families in Afghanistan and the powerful, secretive groups in the United States. When the agent meets two victims of human trafficking, he becomes convinced that Kamaal has something to do with this.
