The next entry of The King's Man franchise will see the British spy fraternity go up against Adolf Hitler.
The King's Man was released in 2021 as a spin-off to Kingsman: The Secret Service and Kingsman: The Golden Circle.
The official premise reads:
'During the early days of the 20th century, a powerful group wants to plunge the world into war. An independent intelligence agency must work relentlessly in the shadows to foil their sinister plans.'
It was directed by Matthew Vaughn and starred Ralph Fiennes, Gemma Arterton, Rhys Ifans, Matthew Goode, Tom Hollander, Harris Dickinson, Daniel Brühl, Djimon Hounsou, and Charles Dance.
Vaughn has already promised a new entry in the Kingsman series and we will get a new King's Man, too, which will be titled King's Man: The Traitor King.
"The next one it’s it is about the rise of Hitler, and how Hitler did come to power and basically was supported by the English aristocracy," Vaughn told Collider.
"So I was like, 'well that's interesting' and how the world was worrying so much about Communism, that Fascism rose up. And I look at the world at the moment, everyone getting distracted and worrying about this and if you worry too much about bad things can happen here. So it is a story that I think needs to be recalled. We're calling it The Traitor King."
What is the title of the new Kingsman?
Within the original Kingsman series, a new movie is being produced to complete the trilogy which is titled Kingsman: The Blue Blood.
When asked at New York Comic Con if Kingsman 3 wasn't happening, he replied: “No, no, no. We've got to get on with Kingsman 3 because I was joking that Colin (Firth) is going to end up being a portrait on the side while Taron (Egerton) is Arthur. So we are working on that at the moment.”
