Inderdaad.

En dat hoeft dan niet eens bij officiële verkooppunten. Dat kan ook bij particulieren, via bijvoorbeeld Marktplaats (of via deze site).

Erg goede uitvinding.

Ik heb een collectie van 73 DVD's, maar kheb geen zin om die allemaal te typen

Mensen die hun DVDCollectie gratis op het internet willen zetten, kunnen altijd een profiel aanmaken op DVD Collectie - dvdcollectie.be.

Je kan aanduiden of je de Blu-Ray of de DVD hebt, welke regio... Je gaat gewoon naar de film en als je bent ingelogd, voeg je die toe aan je collectie.

Elke gebruiker heeft een compleet eigen pagina (net als DVDProfiler) en je kan ook een lijstje bijhouden welke je nog wilt en welke je gezien hebt.

Binnenkort kan je er nog op zoeken, kan je statistieken bekijken enz. Ik ben volop met de site bezig

Mijn DVD Collectie is weer aardig up-to-date. Ik moet enkel nog wat onjuiste dvdreleases vervangen (zoals The Exterminating Angel) omdat die destijds nog niet in de database stonden.

Ik moet het doen met 1199.

Dankzij DVDPedia (beste catalogus voor dvd lijsten voor de Mac) is mijn lijst altijd up-to-date evenals de statistieken en heb ik de lijst altijd bij de hand op mijn i-phone mocht ik in de winkel staan.

1 probleem alleen, mijn kasten beginnen serieus uit te puilen. Ik heb al een helft van een andere kast toegeëigend maar dat is eigenlijk niet de bedoeling. Mijn vriendin en ik zijn nu bezig om op zolder een opslagplaats te maken voor nieuwe dvd's....

Ik zit ondertussen ook al aan de 68.

Je moet toch ergens beginnen hè.

De eerste dvd die ik ooit heb gekoopt was Planet of the Apes 2001. En toen had ik nog niet eens een dvd-speler.

Nope. Ik wist namelijk toen al dat ik een nieuwe pc ging kopen met dvd-speler erin. Dus toen heb ik maar gelijk PotA 2001 gekoopt zodat ik, wanneer ik mijn pc binnen had, 'm gelijk kon testen.

Trouwens, vind het helemaal niet zo raar hoor, vroeger koopte ik ook pc-games die mijn pc'tje helemaal niet trok, in de veronderstelling dat ik ooit toch wel een nieuwe snellere pc zou kopen.

Heb net eens men collectie doorlopen om te zien hoeveel films ik al verzamelt heb tot en met 1940. Ik kom uit op 49 stuks en de namen die het meest terug komen zijn Fritz lang, Ernst Lubitsch, Sergei Eisenstein, F.W. Murnau, Charles Chaplin. Opvallend vind ik dat er geen of bijna geen films tussen zitten van Amerikaanse regisseurs. Is dit omdat de Europese cinema in de beginperiode van de film veel sterker stond of mis ik enkele goeie Amerikaanse regisseurs? Natuurlijk zijn velen van deze bovengenoemde regisseurs naar Amerika uitgeweken om daar films te regisseren. Vroeg mij dit gewoon af.

Je hebt wel bekende Amerikaanse 'stomme' regisseurs, als bijv. Buster Keaton, Cecil B. DeMille en D. W. Griffith. Maar inderdaad ook best veel Duitse regisseurs die redelijk vroeg uitweken naar Amerika, die daar bekende films hebben gemaakt.

D.W. Griffith staat zeker ook nog op men lijstje en van Cecil B. Demille heb ik The ten commandments uit 1923 als bonus bij de uitgave van 1956.

Van Buster Keaton eigenlijk nog niks van gezien. :s

Ik heb ongeveer 980 DVD's in mijn bezit. Uiteraard teveel om in een bericht te plaatsen. Als iemand een titel vraagt kan ik kijken of ik die in mijn bezit heb.
