The Agreement plot

After the EU failed to save Kososvo in 1999, 13 years later they are trying to reach an agreement on peaceful coexistence. Robert Cooper mediates on behalf of the European Union between Kosovo and Serbia. Together with the representatives of Kosovo and Serbia, he forms a crucial piece of European history.
