In the aftermath of a war, two remaining peoples battle each other, threatening to wipe out the population for good. Warchild has been fighting the enemy since childhood, but now he begins to doubt the purpose of the battle. Warchild is sent on a mission to destroy an enemy depot. He returns to his superiors and refuses to kill at their command. This makes him a serious threat and an assassin is sent after him.

It was time again to throw in a Dolph Lundgren on an aimless evening and that was it. It was still a fairly entertaining film. Dolph is back on track and happily knocking and kicking again. It's funny that his name is very similar to the campaign "War Child" 
And after Showdown in Little Tokyo he has Hiroyuki Tagawa as his opponent again. I don't think he's a good actor at all.
The world in which it takes place is also quite special. The Middle Ages collide with the Second World War and the present. The action scenes also looked quite nice, but unfortunately the cheapness was very noticeable. Well, that's what happens with these types of films
All in all, I still managed to enjoy this action blast.

Ridiculous action movie with Dolph Lundgren who is really a total void of charisma. Other acting also very bad.
The action is not much. High body count but the theatrical way everyone falls to the ground and the accompanying sound effects make it almost seem like a parody ala Hot Shots Part Deux.
And yet, despite being a blunder, it's easily digestible nonsense with a reasonably fast pace.
