The Human Centipede III (Final Sequence) plot

"100% politically incorrect."

Bill Boss (Dieter Laser) and Dwight Butler (Laurence R. Harvey) team up to form an evil duo. Their plan is to create a 500-person 'centipede' made up of inmates.

This film depends on whether you can stand Dieter Laser and/or find it funny. I couldn't do either. Completely unfunny shouting throughout the entire film. So far over the top that it becomes neither funny nor exciting or scary, but above all irritating and boring in the long run. Often reminded me of those videos in Red Alert 3 that were just too enlarged to be fun (unlike RA2 where it was just fun). The gore is also much less present, except for a few nice moments (that boiling water). And kudos to Bree Olsen's buttocks, but she should actually also focus on her other field of expertise. (wasn't she also one of Hugh Hefner's wives? Or am I confusing things?)

It is still arguable that Six manages to create three completely different stories in the three films, each with their own style. It's just a shame that the end result is still nothing. 1.0*.

Tom Six has completely crossed the line in every respect with this last episode of the famous trilogy. Dieter Laser (First Sequence) and Laurence R. Harvey (Full Sequence) now play the role of psychotic prison director Bill Boss and his troubled accountant Dwight Butler. When the Governor [Eric Roberts] threatens to fire them because the mismanagement of the George HW Bush prison threatens his re-election, Dwight has an extraordinary plan to restore peace and keep costs down. The experts already know what that plan is. But Bill wants to try a few alternatives first, including waterboarding with boiling water and a mass castration program. Laser gives new meaning to the term “over-the-top acting”, something that was of course the intention, but his crazy performance comes at the expense of the dark, satirical undertone that was overlooked by many. And Laser's endless rants start to tire somewhat after half an hour. But a movie with Eric Roberts and porn actress Bree Olson in supporting roles can never be completely bad, right?

And so Tom Six's monstrous horror trilogy comes to an end. Part 1 was entertaining horror, part 2 brilliant morbid silliness, part 3 hilarious over the top nonsense. 3 different films, 3 different faces.

Stars Dieter Laser and Laurence R Harvey return to the scene. Dieter Laser in particular seems to be completely absorbed in his role. Admittedly, sometimes I found the acting a bit too much, but overall I could handle it. He plays a sadistic, cannibalistic prison director who is in some kind of permanent psychosis.

Laser's sadistic traits already provide some extremely nasty moments (prior to the centipede). I thought the face with boiling water was strong, but I really sympathized with the castration scene hahahaha. What crazy shit!

By the way, well-known character leader Robert LaSardo also gives a great performance. I was 100% in doubt about him the most. Especially the scenes where he is strangled to death, brought back to life, and immediately strangled again and the scene where he rapes Dieter Laser in a hole newly cut by him. hilarious.

It is mainly those kinds of absurd situations that make this film so much fun. Tom Six has a supporting role that comes across as a bit awkward and that I wouldn't necessarily have chosen if I were him. But still. A Dutchman who brings these types of films to the market has so many credits with me. He was given a lame supporting role again.

It is striking that the final centipede is only a side issue in this film. That may be a bit misleading, but on the other hand, I enjoyed the absurdities within the prison so much that I actually don't like the lack of centipede scenes.
