Sparks plot
After a radioactive meteor impact, a genetically engineered group known as The Rochester 13 is given amazing superpowers. Ian Sparks (Chase Williamson) doesn't feel like a superhero, but after the death of his parents, he throws himself into the fight against criminals that plague the streets of New York. He teams up with the beautiful Lady Heavenly (Ashley Bell), with whom he also begins to fall in love, and together they turn out to be an unstoppable duo. But when faced with the most deranged villain in town, they threaten to lose everything they had.
