On the planet Agerna, the capitalist state of Edia and the totalitarian state of Uldas compete for large stocks of Vizorium. When Uldas' complex is destroyed, secret agents Kei and Yuri are sent to the planet to find out what happened. Here they run into the charming yet crafty smuggler Carson B. Carson.
