Hardworking, well-meaning Jorge and his family are terrorized in their poor neighborhood by the clan of neighborhood criminal Kalule. Resigned, meek forester Jorge bears the bland teasing, but his young adult son, frustrated by so much pacifism and passivity, quarrels backwards. The family is pushed to their limits when threats also reach Jorge's wife and beautiful teenage daughter. Painfully pondering in the woods, his vast working area, Jorge stalks the realization that there is only one way out for him.
