David Bowie: Five Years plot
"An intimate portrait of five key years in David Bowie’s career."
Bowie became an icon of pop music because he constantly evolved with the times. He managed to reinvent himself time and again, for example through alter egos such as Ziggy Stardust and Thin White Duke. His influential and innovative work from five key years in his career (1971, 1975, 1977, 1980 and 1983) is examined. During those periods he achieved worldwide success with albums such as the Berlin-recorded 'Heroes', 'Scary Monsters' and 'Let's Dance'.
