Worthless horror triptych, with the contribution of director Jee-Woon Kim as the only bright spot, although his segment ("Memories") is also disappointing. Compared to the other two parts, however, it is an undisputed masterpiece. "The Wheel" is thai twitching at its worst and the closing "Coming Home" is deadly boring. Bite through this for two hours.

Remains fine.

Probably because it has become more of a quality film. No young directors here who are allowed to go their own way with a small budget, but names who have already proven themselves and who are allowed to sell their country on the international stage. And they do that just fine.

It's not that difficult either, because they also got a decent budget and crew for their films. Furthermore, they color neatly within the lines, so anyone who has already seen some horror from Hong Kong, South Korea or Thailand will be familiar with what is served here.

Visually neat films, a bit of local color to brighten things up, and some creepy moments so that the films are convincing within their genre. I think the HK shorts are the best, but actually all three are of a very similar level. Recommended for fans of this kind of stuff, feel free to skip the rest.

4.0* and a extensive review
