We Are the Lambeth Boys tries to show a positive side to the lives of ordinary teenagers, far from the usual violent 'teddy boy' stereotype. Filming took place over six weeks in and around Ashford House, a youth club in the Oval area of South London. It follows a group of teenagers at work and in their free time, while they are given the space to express their frustrations and desires.
