Revolution plot

On a planet far from Earth, the US established the colony of New America 200 years in the future. But because it's far from home and rather rough, a local potentate with dictatorial streaks is firmly in control. This is to the dismay of military veteran Tom Hart, who wants to help the new Governor King make New America democratic again.
