The only downside was the length of the film. Otherwise a very strong film, with a very strong Tom Hanks. At the end Tom Hanks shows why he is one of the best actors in my opinion.

Beautiful movie! He started out as an intoxicated ramshackle snail with a stick but once it got going (give it about 30 minutes) it remained exciting. The rambunctious relationship between the hijackers and the hijacked captain was quite interesting. The last hour was the best of the movie. A very exciting apotheosis with an emotional ending, portrayed very realistically. 4.5*

Rock-solid thriller. Tom Hanks continues to be a hero for these types of roles. Final scene was impressive. I am also a fan of Greengrass. Definitely recommended.
