Pink Floyd: The Story of Wish You Were Here plot
After the huge success of the legendary album Dark Side of the Moon, it was up to frontman Roger Waters and his band to meet the almost impossible task of matching that success. Typically enough, Waters went his own way and came up with Wish You Were Here, an album that on the one hand criticized the music industry forcing them into a straitjacket. And on the other hand, a personal tribute to ex-member Syd Barrett, now admitted to a psychiatric clinic. What follows are extensive quarrels between Waters and Gilmour, band members who become very emotional from Barrett's appearance in the studio and various concept art with, among others, animators.
