Pee Mak Phrakanong plot
"The legendary love story of pee mak and his ghost wife nak."
Mak served in the military during a war in the early Rattanakosin dynasty. During the war, he befriends Ter, Puak, Shin and Aey whose lives he saved. When the war is over, Mak invites his friends to his home in the city of Phra Kanong and introduces them to his beautiful wife Nak and their baby Dang. A rumor is circulating in the village that Nak died while giving birth to her dead baby Dang. The source of this rumor is Aunt Priak, the owner of a local liquor store. A few days after the rumor spread, Aunt Priak's floating body is found. The four friends think it's time for their buddy Mak to find out that it's possible that Nak and Dang are wandering like ghosts. It's up to Mak to choose love or reality.
