Benicio Del Toro was and is perfect for the role of Pablo Escobar but the other actors and the messy story don't really help.
I thought the dark undertone was successful and the film was also quite interesting, but more could have been done with this material.
A more than sufficient thanks to the aforementioned Del Toro.
