My voice increased from 3.5 to 5. The first time I watched the movie out of curiosity, but our 3 year old daughter would prefer to watch it every day. With her I've seen it at least 15 times in the past six months and what I never thought is true: it's not even a punishment. In fact, it's even very entertaining. The more I see it, the better the movie gets. The songs are all brilliant, on a par with The Lion King as far as I'm concerned. And miraculously enough in Dutch even better than in English (whereas with The Lion King the English version was many times better).

Of course Disney has done a great job with this commercially and this is being completely milked out. And of course it's really crazy that half the house is full of Frozen stuff, from markers to lunch boxes to bedding, and that my daughter has to decide every time whether she's going to watch the movie in her Elsa dress or her Anna dress. But if Disney manages to make sure that the little ladies really care about the film and the parents enjoy watching it, then you can't help but conclude that the film has been 100% successful. And as far as I'm concerned, that deserves 5 stars.

“Listen to me, Elsa: your power will only grow. There's beauty in it...”

Great animation film. Frozen is incredibly popular and I can understand why. The script is not very original and even the music is not too strong, but the story about the sisters Elsa and Anna is interesting and you really empathize with the highly developed characters. Anna, Elsa, Kristoff and Olaf, they are nice characters and the animation looks fantastic again. And 'Let It Go' is a song that will still be sung 20 years from now. By teenage girls, but secretly also by me.

Not a bad Disney production either. I undoubtedly think the newly reviewed Tangled is much better than this, but this is not a bad film either. The characters Elsa and Anna are nicely designed and the animations look neat. The story is indeed a bit more mature while there are undoubtedly many Pixar moments in it.

Children will undoubtedly swallow this easily. The film is quite fast paced and never boring. What was a bit of a shame was that every 5 minutes, especially in the beginning, a song is sung. At some point it gets a bit distracting and you have to get back into the film.

Not a bad animated film. Definitely recommended for children.
