Twenty years ago, twin brothers Adriaan and Paul van der Bijl went their separate ways after an argument between the two got so out of hand that Adriaan had to go through life blind. He was left bitter in his diabetic father's mansion, and in time he even married his father's nurse Marie. When the father dies, Paul returns and goes to the funeral where Adriaan is not present. When they meet, things get completely out of hand again and Adriaan claims to Freddie - his servant - that he shot Paul in self-defense. This helps him get rid of the dead body, but then a detective - already engaged by Paul - knocks on the door. Marie also becomes suspicious.

Seen it once, apparently; not much stuck with me. Well-filmed, an entertaining story in itself, but the comic relief doesn't really work, and there's very little else to experience. Beautiful location, though, and excellent acting.
