"This time the fight goes beyond."
Kham is the only one left of a family of guards. They once guarded the war elephants of the king of Thailand. Only the most perfect elephants could defend the throne and a lot of thought was put into their upbringing. After Kham's harrowing quest to recover a stolen elephant, he leaves for his village to live in peace. But to someone as good at martial arts as he is, peace is just a hopeful thought. It doesn't take long before he has to use his skills again.

Extremely disappointed. It seemed like they made all the special effects with a free app on an iphone 3 due to a budget shortage. Still had some great fights and I thought it was cool to see Jeeja Yanin in this movie with Tony.
Iko Uwais is breathing down your neck, Tony. The Raid 2 will make you forget this movie.

This movie made me write my first post/review ever; unfortunately not for positive reasons. This movie is (after seeing Ong Bak and Tom Yun Goong I) a major disappointment. A movie where you as a viewer are an even bigger fighter than the protagonists ... You fight not to fall asleep or to drop out.
Knowing what Tony Yaa is capable of, I don't understand why he agreed to play a character that can barely be overshadowed by the character he played in the first Tom Yun Goong film. I didn't witness one superbly finished fight. This film makes Tony Yaa look like a third-rate beginner in Muay Boran.
I don't understand the contribution of that beautiful woman either. Completely ridiculous and totally irrelevant what all those ladies are doing in the film. It contributes nothing to the story and is rather disruptive.
I can barely give this film any points. Too bad.

nice action often over the top, and sometimes even annoyingly too long but sometimes also very originally thought out, the story is indeed rather far-fetched but ok, nice to have seen once but not worth repeating.
