Marco Silvestri, captain of a container ship, rushes to Paris. His sister Sandra is desperate. Her husband committed suicide, the family business is bankrupt and her daughter is in a mental institution. According to Sandra, this is all the fault of the powerful businessman Edouard Laporte. Determined to exact revenge, Marco moves to the building where Raphaëlle, Laporte's mistress, lives. But Marco is not prepared for Sandra's shameless and secret manipulations... Nor did he anticipate that he would fall in love with Raphaëlle.
