"How Far Would You Go To Save Your Son?"

A father is dealt a serious blow when his teenage son is sentenced to 30 years in prison for dealing drugs. The father goes undercover as a drug dealer to reduce his son's sentence. Meanwhile, a lawyer thinks busting a drug gang could help her pursue a political career.

The Rock is not a creditable actor. No worse than say a Bruce Willis. Quite an exciting film this one, which gets clever credit by letting Sarandon play in it.

Snitch

Solid crime film in which Dwayne Johnson once again shows that he can easily carry a film. Johnson is perfectly cast as a good family man who ends up in a world of drugs, hard crime, shady political figures and the police. And all because his son has done something stupid and faces a long prison term. I always like to see Barry Pepper act, and the same goes for Sarandon, Williams and Bernthal. Tension, action and The Rock, ideal ingredients for a hard crime film.
