This movie was one of the best for me so far. I only saw it this weekend, but I thought it was awesome and some parts were really sick. Especially towards the end when that one girl is lying under the bed where Richard raped and murdered those women and he comes in with a corpse and rapes her again while she was already dead, that ghost is really sick haha, and that other moment when he's sitting in the corner like that and comes at that guy so full force.
I don't know what movie the guests above me have seen either, but at many moments you can clearly see Richard, or it's time for you guys to get glasses.
No idea if this movie was real or not, but it did entertain me, and I think horror movies like this are awesome anyway.

The final installment of the Paranormal Entity series adopts the premise that a real-life killer is causing chaos here, rather than a fictional character. As a result, director Martin Wichmann Andersen's production is plagued by a number of absurd moments that come across as funny rather than terrifying. Certainly the scene in which the ghost rapes his victim fails to achieve the impact the filmmakers were clearly seeking. Furthermore, the whole thing benefits from a grim location, which is unfortunately undermined by the slow pace and poor acting. Moreover, the ghost is noticeably physical, meaning it is not uncommon for victims to lose entire limbs. It is all quite amusing, but neither high-quality nor effective.
