Daria (Alessandra Torresani) tries to find shelter in a dorm. She soon realizes that the building of the owner (Morgan Fairchild) harbors some dark secrets. Not only are there ghosts haunting the house, but apparently there is also a psychopath who kills children.

Messy and in some ways quite transparent, director Darin Scott truly goes all out to elevate this small horror film. The murders are strikingly graphic, the finale goes all out, and the acting isn't even all that bad. However, the computer-generated effects are subpar, certain (original) ideas are only touched upon, and overall, the film lacks atmosphere. It's nice that, as a director, Scott isn't afraid to take risks and thus delivers one of the better projects among the low-budget participants in this genre. Quite decent material to be realized with a larger budget.
