Paul Weller: Into Tomorrow plot
Since his entrance in 1977, singer, guitarist and composer Paul Weller has been an integral part of British pop music. With catchy songs and a stylish image, he was a great inspiration for what would later be called Britpop. By regularly reinventing himself, he has always remained relevant as an artist. Documentary maker Stuart Watts portrays Weller's life; from the shy little boy who discovered his mother's Beatles records during his band days - with The Jam in the 1970s/80s and the The Style Council in the 1980s - to the uncategorized singer/songwriter he today. A path that was not always a bed of roses and that is reconstructed through in-depth interviews with, among others, his father and manager, mother, ex-band members and ex-wife.
