Ôsaka Jadô: Snake of Violence plot

Twelve-year-old Masashi witnesses a brutal mafia settlement and asks his father what he would do if his son were murdered by the Yakuza. "Take revenge," answer this prompt. Fate has it that his father himself ends up badly injured in the hospital the next day; Masashi is left alone. Fortunately, a generous family takes care of the boy, but he soon finds out that the father of this family, Gedo, is not exactly well-reputed.
