Bian Di Lang Yan plot
In 1938, during the Second Sino-Japanese War, 19-year-old orphan Mu Lianfeng sees an American military plane crash into the forest. Lianfeng rescues the pilot and takes him to his village where Liu Yan takes care of him. As the pilot gradually recovers, a friendship slowly grows between them. When Lianfeng protects Liu Yan from the soldiers of the Nationalist army, Commander Wu arrests them both and transports them to a camp. On their way to base, their convoy is attacked by a Japanese sniper who is eventually neutralized. Team leader Zhang Mengzi is impressed and selects him to participate in an assassination mission targeting four Japanese generals and their Chinese interpreters.
