Johanka and Matyáš live a carefree and happy life. They grow up in the loving environment of a botanical garden. In the eyes of an ambitious and tough mayor, old things are bad and he wants to close the garden. When a mysterious blue tiger sneaks through the streets, however, unexpected things happen.
