Trudno Byt Bogom plot
A group of scientists travels to the planet Arkanar to help the local civilization there. On Arkanar people still live in the Middle Ages and they want to help society move forward. This task is difficult, however: no violence is allowed and killing is completely out of the question. The scientist Rumata tries to protect the local intellectuals, but he cannot escape taking a position to make choices about life and death as if he were God himself.
