Getaway plot
"Get in. Get out. Getaway."
Brent Magna, a former race car driver, has to get back behind the wheel after his wife is kidnapped by a mysterious person, who forces him to perform some dangerous assignments. His only ally is the young hacker The Kid. Together they try to save Brent's wife by obediently following the instructions of the kidnapper, who constantly watches them through cameras installed in Brent's car.

Disappointing film in which a former racing driver has to fulfill all kinds of assignments in a car by his wife's kidnapper. The story and characters are completely unbelievable. The many car chases soon become monotonous (especially because they are quite similar).

Made with an American cast in Bulgaria and that rarely promises anything good. Extremely bad take on Taken in which a former driver [Ethan Hawke] wrecks all of Sofia and significantly decimates the local police's fleet because someone has kidnapped his wife on the phone. It's all for a reason, but there's a good chance you'll be hooked by the time it becomes clear.
