The Central Park Five plot

The documentary tells the story of the infamous "Central Park Jogger" case, in which Trisha Meili was assaulted and raped on April 19, 1989 in Central Park, New York. A rush from the media and an outraged public leads to a quick police verdict, after which five black and Latino teens are convicted of a heinous crime they didn't commit.
