Sexual abuse of minors is a crime made possible by silence. Victims are ashamed, witnesses are reluctant to bring it out and institutions afraid to act. This documentary breaks this barrier in an investigation into sex scandals in the Roman Catholic Church. Despite some headlines, we know little about the concealments that took place for decades. Although churches have paid more than two billion in damages, the US court has convicted only one member of the ecclesiastical power for covering up these crimes. But more and more often other countries are making dark discoveries. Who should be held responsible for these acts?
