The Millionaire Tour plot
"Buckle up for the ride of your life."
When Representative Greg Newman hails a taxi at the airport, he has no idea he's about to take the ride of his life. Everything is going well until taxi driver Sammy hits young woman Billie. However, when Sammy offers Billie and her companion Casper a ride to the hospital, they hijack the taxi and take Sammy and Greg hostage. It turns out that the hostages are working for the powerful criminal 'The Roman'. According to him, Greg is the cunning ex-con 'Julius Jacks' who stole millions from him.
