Brass Target plot
"The Nazis hid it. The Russians want it. The Americans stole it. General George S. Patton may die for it."
At the end of World War II, unknown perpetrators steal a quantity of gold worth 250 million dollars. General Patton interferes with the investigation because the Russians accuse him of the theft. The perpetrators decide to kill him so as not to be discovered.
