The Spanish Cape Mystery plot
Private detective Ellery Queen and his friend Judge Macklin travel from New York to the California coast for a vacation in a rented beach house. But both don't even get a chance to unpack as they get swept up in kidnapping and murder cases involving the Godfrey family. Due to the many murders, the local sheriff Moley suspects all members of the Godfrey family.
