Young Henry Peck is full of naughty pranks. When he terrifies the entire town by opening the circus' lion's cage, his father forbids him to go to the circus. Henry does not accept that punishment and manipulates his father in such a way that he is allowed to go to the circus. But if his father thinks his son's pranks will end, he's wrong.
