Foxfire plot
1955, a working-class neighborhood in a small town in northern New York. In this violent post-war culture run by men, a group of quirky teenage girls unite through a sisterhood. They form the 'Foxfire' gang, a secret group of only women identified by a flame tattooed on the shoulder. Legs, Maddy, Lana, Rita and Goldie no longer accept being humiliated and discriminated against for being poor women. Led by the feisty Legs, the girls are out for revenge and try to pursue their impossible dream: to live by their own rules and laws, no matter what. But they will have to pay a price for that...
