Documentary maker Emily James spent a year filming actions by English activist groups such as "Climate Camp" and "Plane Stupid". Activists protest against climate change, hold sit-ins, block factories and attack coal plants. According to the activists, 'doing something' leads to empowerment (gaining more influence and control), and doing nothing leads to depression.
