"They're here again in Carry on Taxi"
James is so busy with his taxi business that he neglects his wife Jacques. He sets up a taxi company himself and starts a competition with beautiful drivers.

The humor is quite funny at times in this quirky feminist story about a woman (Jaques) who feels neglected by her husband.
Right from the start, she is not really portrayed as sympathetic and she is also quite fat, so it is no wonder that her husband does not really pay much attention to her and prefers to immerse himself in his work.
Her character gradually mellows out, but by then the damage has been done.
Also a lot of simping by men in general (women complaining and men not daring to say anything back).
The first thought and advice I wanted to give her was: lose about 40 kilos and your problem will solve itself, instead she goes and sets up a competing taxi company with, of all things, his money and a bunch of sexy taxi drivers, it does make for some funny scenes and of course the men don't stand a chance because the customers all walk up to the ladies.
Then you have to wonder why Peggy doesn't see the light and make an effort to look a little more attractive to her husband.
