"Would you stay or move out if your village had ghost?"
Thi buys a new house and lives there with his wife Pan and their two children. The house is located in the residential area 'Ladda Land'. The family is having a great time, until one day a maid dies. The girl's body is dumped in a house in the residential area. But then some residents begin to experience encounters with ghosts. Some people in the neighborhood are even moving. When Pan and her children begin to hear voices, Pan begs Thi to move.
