"Wrong place. Wrong time. Wrong car."
A recently paroled man accidentally gets the wrong car at a rental company. In the car, he discovers important evidence from a lawsuit related to a corruption scandal. After being framed by a corrupt cop (Paul Walker), he must circumvent an entire police force in a city he doesn't know. Will he be able to get the evidence to the prosecution in time and clear his own name?
