The Mayor of 44th Street plot
"MEET THE GUT WHO DISHED IT OUT...because he got tired of taking it"
A former dancer starts an agency for dancers. At the same time, he hires street children to help them that way. The local gang leader isn't too happy about that, though. The dancer gets in even more trouble when he hires an ex-criminal to help him out. Later it turns out that the ex-criminal is only interested because he wants to use the agency as a cover for his extortion business.
