Maggie and Annie plot

"It's a whole new ballgame!"

Maggie, a lesbian who openly admits her sexuality, works in her father's business. She is single and has a small but close group of friends. The little free time she has she spends on her great hobby, playing on a softball team. There she meets Annie, a happily married housewife who has just moved in with her husband and daughter. Annie is also fond of softball and joins the team. The two women become friends, but along the way it becomes abundantly clear that their feelings go further than just friendship. Will Maggie and Annie give in to their deep feelings for each other or will they just remain good friends? Regardless of their decision, it will have far-reaching consequences for both and their loved ones.
