"Gene and all the gang in a great, new, laugh and thrill-jammed action hit!"
Gene stands up for the ranchers who get another rent increase. He goes to Waldo Brooks, the owner of "The Company" and responsible for the raises. Brooks turns out to be a spiritual wreck and just wants to get away from the current situation. He writes an IOU in which he gives his company to Gene and then Brooks runs off. As the new owner, Gene discovers that his company is in financial trouble and he must quickly come up with $50,000.
