The daughter of a British officer in India is kidnapped by Thugs who raise her as the earthly reincarnation of the goddess Kali. A snake hunter accidentally discovers the Thugs' whereabouts and falls in love with the priestess. He associates with the Englishman to exterminate the Thugs.
