The Minister of Transport, Public Works and Water Management Jean-Bertrand is awakened at night by his chief of staff. A bus has crashed into a ravine. He has no choice but to go there. This is the beginning of a statesman's odyssey in an increasingly complex and hostile world. Speed, power struggles, chaos and an economic crisis, everything comes together and hits like a bomb. One emergency after another follows.
