The Absent Minded Professor plot
"The most amazing discovery since laughter!"
Ned Brainard is an absent-minded physics professor who does the most insane experiments in his home lab. Then something goes wrong: during a chemical experiment, Ned's whole house goes up in the air and he misses his wedding ceremony for the third time. In the rubble he accidentally finds a mysterious green substance. To Ned's surprise, the substance, 'flubber', turns out to be able to fly and lend itself to the strangest applications.
