Abram returns to his hometown, where people have suspicions about his bisexuality. He makes up with the street girl Hannelore, who then wants to force him to marry by claiming that he impregnated her. The bullying of the villagers is getting worse and Abram wants to leave. When he gives a young, mentally not so quick boy from the village a lift, it is misinterpreted and the mother accuses him of abuse. Meanwhile, Hannelore increases the pressure, and it becomes too much for Abram: he kills her. The whole village runs out to hunt Abram...
