Ka La Shi Tiao Gou plot
The wife of the factory worker Lao Er walks with their dog Cala and is stopped by the police because they do not have a permit for the dog. The dog will be confiscated and the family will have 18 hours to purchase the permit and pay the fine before the dog will be cleaned up. Lao Er and his family don't have that much money, so they try other ways to get the dog back.
